Jenna Jameson has officially been charged with DUI, having allegedly been using drugs and alcohol when she smashed her car into a pole last month.
Jameson was arrested after the single-car accident early May 25.
We're told she showed visible signs of intoxication, took a field sobriety test, and was subsequently busted on suspicion of DUI. She's now been charged.
According to law enforcement, Jenna blew a .13 and had two prescription drugs in her system, zolpidem (Ambien) and buprenorphine (Suboxone).
Jenna has been charged with two counts of DUI and a count of driving without a valid license. They always pile it on with those traffic charges.
If convicted on all counts, Jenna faces up to a year in jail.
